From the city of Calgary:

**Update** Snow Route advisory

**UPDATE**

Further to the Snow Event advisory sent at 11:35 a.m., Snow Route parking bans will be in effect starting at 8 p.m. on Thursday, November 30. Calgarians parked on designated Snow Routes are advised to move their cars by this time.

Vehicles that remain parked on these roads are subject to enforcement, up to and including a parking tag and tow. Snow Routes include major roadways, collector roads and most bus routes and are marked by blue signs with a white snowflake icon. A map and full list of Snow Route locations is available on Calgary.ca/snow.

Snow Route parking bans help The City clear snow from major traffic routes more effectively and enable crews to get to residential routes faster. This will benefit all Calgarians and will help make travel safer for everyone this winter.

For more information, visit Calgary.ca/snow or call 3-1-1.

This winter, the City of Calgary has introduced Snow Routes.  These predefined routes are setup to allow the City to have a clear path to plow the streets.  There are 3 snow routes around Regal Park (due to those streets having bus routes on them).  We have created a link to the City of Calgary web page that gives all the information you need about the snow routes, including: Maps, Criteria, Notice & Alerts, Enforcement, etc.  The link is on the left side of the home page on the main Regal Park website.  Since a lot of residents at regal park use the adjacent streets for parking on a regular basis, we encourage everyone to review the page from the City of Calgary.

During the snow route parking bans, we would like to remind everyone to adhere to the parking policies inside Regal Park.  Please do not occupy the fire lanes, designated, visitor, or rental parking stalls.
